Cancellation/No Shows/Early Departures

The Client must notify the Hotel by email or by written notice of any cancellation, early departure, or reduction in confirmed room reservations within the following notice periods:

Cancellation policy all room categories (except for villa):

Festive Season

• 90-61 days: 50% stay cancellation fee

• 60-00 days: 100% stay cancellation fee

High & Peak Season

• 30-15 days: 50% stay cancellation fee

• 14-00 days: 100% stay cancellation fee.

Low & Shoulder Season

• 13-07 days: 50% stay cancellation fee

• 06-00 days: 100% stay cancellation fee

Important Note:

Tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night will need to be paid for all stays in designated establishments. Children under 12 years of age will be exempted. Payment to be done directly at the establishment upon check out.
